Spring Start-Up
- Turn water on to sprinkler system, inspect main shut off valve, pressurize backflow preventer, and valve manifold.
- Inspect all zones for leaks, head adjustments, and proper coverage.
- Check all equipment to ensure it is working properly.
- Set up controller for proper days, watering schedule, and start times.
- Replace battery (if necessary).
Mid Season Check-Up
- Inspect all sprinkler system equipment is functioning properly.
- Check for zone leaks, broken heads, and adjustments if needed.
Winterization
- Shut off water to sprinkler system.
- Winterize the backflow preventer.
- Purge all lines with high volume air compressor.
